Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policy ensures that empty lesson slots are available to all. Both Pay-As-You-Go and lessons within a Series can be rearranged providing the appropriate notice is given. If you are aware that you will be unavailable for your lesson booking, please contact Lauren using the details below to rearrange your booking. Lauren must be informed of all cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the lesson start time. Failure to give 48 hours’ notice will result in the lesson still being charged for in the case of Pay-As-You-Go lessons or not being rescheduled or carried forward in the case of missing a lesson within a Series.
Cancelling a lesson within a Series:
Where lessons have been bought as a 6 lesson Series and paid for in advance the missed lesson can be rescheduled providing a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. The cancelled lesson will (i) be rearranged for another day during the same week or (ii) carried forward to the end of the current Series.
If 48 hours’ notice is not given, the lesson is lost and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancelling a Pay-As-You-Go lesson:
Lessons can be cancelled or rearranged providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. If 48 hours’ notice is not given, the lesson will still be charged for and the payment must be paid on or before the day of the lesson in question as normal.
